What Afrizone Is

Afrizone is a digital transaction hub and API connectivity platform that connects you to licensed third-party service providers across Africa. We function as a productivity and integration tool that allows you to access multiple licensed platforms through a single unified dashboard.

IMPORTANT: Afrizone does not provide financial services directly. We do not hold, store, or custody your funds. Your transactions are processed by partner platforms, and your funds remain with them—not with Afrizone.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Afrizone Technology Ltd collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Afrizone mobile application and website. By using Afrizone, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of our Service immediately.

We do not sell your personal information. To provide our connectivity services, we share your data with partner platforms you choose to connect with, service providers, for legal compliance, and business transfers.

  • NOTE: Deleting your Afrizone account removes your data from our systems but does not affect data held by partner platforms. You must contact each platform separately to manage data with them.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data from Afrizone and disconnect all API connections permanently (This does not delete your data from partner platforms—contact them separately)
  • Opt-Out & Withdraw Consent: Opt-out of marketing communications, withdraw consent for data processing, disable location tracking and cookies, disconnect specific partner platform integrations
  • Restrict Processing: Request restriction of certain data processing activities
  • Object to Processing: Object to processing based on legitimate interests

Your Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

  • When you connect to a third-party platform through Afrizone: You are subject to that platform's privacy policy and terms of service
  • That platform may collect, store, and process your data independently
  • Your funds and transaction data are held by that platform, not by Afrizone
  • You should review each platform's privacy policy before connecting
  • We recommend carefully reviewing the privacy policies of all partner platforms you connect to through Afrizone

Afrizone is not intended for users under 18. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

  • We are NOT: Custodians of your funds or digital assets

Limitations

  • We do not control the operations, availability, or security of partner platforms
  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or issues arising from partner platform services
  • Transaction disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant partner platform
  • API connection failures or partner platform outages are beyond our control
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data displayed from partner platforms

Your Acknowledgment

  • You are connecting to independent third-party platforms at your own risk
  • Afrizone is a connectivity tool, not a service provider for financial transactions
  • You are responsible for complying with each partner platform's terms and policies
  • We facilitate connections but do not guarantee partner platform performance
